Creating an online business or blog that will bring in big profits is definitely something that takes a lot of thought, hard work, dedication and time. I’ll be honest here, CashJuke doesn’t make that much money and I spend a lot of time writing and thinking up some good articles to pump out to you guys. It will take time to grow into a monster cash machine (if it ever does!) But this is not my only source of online income. YOU should have more than one source of income as well.

Lets talk about freelancing for some money. What is this? When you’re a freelancer, you are not working for one person or company. You go around doing specific jobs for different people. And when you’re done, move on to someone else that needs a job done. The different jobs you could do are almost endless. Anything ranging from web design, writing or just creating some email accounts for someone could be making you some money. There’s some good websites that will connect you with these people that need the work done. I will list a few below.

It’s obvious that you do not need to rely on a brand new blog or business to be your only source of online income. This is where freelancing comes in handy. Do it on the side while you build your empire. Or just be a full time freelancer. Some people make great bucks from doing it alone. It helps if you are really good at something in particular. For example: writing. There’s many people that are looking for writers to build up content for their sites. Write some article for them and get paid (make sure you’re good at English!) The better you are, the more you will be worth.

Some freelance sites to join
Elance - This is one of he biggest marketplaces for freelancers to find work.
Guru - This place is right behind Elance.
AllFreelanceWork - Not as large as the first two, but still a great place.

Also, Digitalpoint forums has a section where you can find some jobs to complete for people. You have to watch the section like a hawk though because there’s always a lot of people hanging around there waiting to snatch up the next job before you do.

Anyway, these freelance sites work quite simply. With Elance you just browse open projects and make your bid. (how much money you’ll take to do the persons job) You can also make a profile and show off what it is that you do, which would be great for direct job offerings from people.

Have you had your hand in Freelance work?
